All payments made for hosting and cloud services are non-refundable, except as specifically stated in this policy.

Refunds are only applicable for eligible services and within the specified time frame.

Setup fees, domain registrations, SSL certificates, and third-party service costs are non-refundable.


2. Eligible Services for Refund

Shared Hosting Plans – 7-day money-back guarantee (new customers only).

(b)

VPS Hosting Plans – Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if technical issues remain unresolved.

(c)

Dedicated Hosting & Reseller Hosting – Non-refundable due to resource allocation and setup costs.

(c)

Cloud Hosting, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS – Billed on a pay-as-you-go or subscription basis; charges already incurred are non-refundable.

Customers may request cancellation at any time by contacting support.

Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless requested otherwise.
